What is bodylastics?

Bodylastics is a home gym system that uses tension for resistance. Basically, you get latex cables of varying thickness that provide different levels of resistance.

You can easily do resistance training with this home gym system. The best part is that their most advanced model costs around $100 and is extremely portable. The cheapest option provides around 88 lbs of resistance and costs $50. The $100 option provides up to 254 lbs of resistance.

Another innovative feature is the door anchor. You anchor your latex bands with the provided door anchor and can peform various exercises.

Even if you were travelling, you will never miss a workout. this is probably the strong point of this product.

The system can be used to perform most exercises. I can perform the bench press, shoulder press, squat, deadlift, bicep curls, tricep extensions, lat pulldowns, crunches, and many more exercises with this system.

Now how does it compare to free weights? Well, free weights obviously allow more resistance.

So your growth might be slightly limited with these resistance bands. But you can still expect to get bigger and stronger by using this product.

Overall, I recommend this product and it is a viable option if you don't want to invest too much in weight lifting equipment.

For people who want to use this system to the fullest, I recommend the Terrel Owens Edition. You can get it through the banner ad shown below.

This is the standard edition, which only offer 44 lbs of resistance
